I was first introduced to reflexology by my father who was also a practitioner I soon realised the benefits of this amazing therapy. Reflexology is the perfect way of maintaining your bodies wellbeing on many levels physically emotionally and spiritually. In a world full of day to day stresses and strains the deepest level of relaxation may be achieved.
I have trained to level 5 in clinical reflexology training with Three shires school of reflexology in Warwick. My passion for professional reflexology has continued having completed many CPD courses including facial reflexology, Lymph drainage reflexology, and most recently i am now a fully qualified Chi Reflexology Practitioner. Having trained with Moss Arnold & Sharon Windle ( Chi Medics). I am also a Usui and Holy Fire Reiki master. My therapy room is based in Finham Coventry which offers a peaceful and tranquil space to restore your wellbeing.

Holistic Approach
In my beautiful relaxing therapy room based in Finham Coventry I offer clinical reflexology, chi- reflexology(energy), facial reflexology, reflexology lymph drainage, and reiki. The benefits of these therapies are huge and cover a wide range of health and wellbeing issues. I treat each client as an individual and each session is bespoke addressing your presenting issues to bring rebalance and speed up the bodies own innate healing process.
Reiki
A wonderful technique for stress reduction, relaxation assisting with mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. It is a very simple but powerful treatment. No removal of clothing is required for this treatment. It is administered by a laying on of hands or simply working just above the body in the auric field.
Clinical Reflexology
This amazing therapy will leave you feeling totally relaxed in a wonderful blissed out state. The fundamental concept of reflexology is that the feet are mirrors of the body. Direct but gentle pressure is applied to specific reflexes and zones on the feet returning the body to a balanced state speeding up the body’s own natural healing mechanisms.
Lymph drainage reflexology
RLD is an award-winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay whilst working in cancer care. The results appear to support the theory of reflexology.
RLD may assist clients with the symptoms of lymphoedema, Arthritis, Asthma, Chronic fatigue, Fibromyalgia, ME, Aches & Pains Sinus problems and much more!
Facial Reflexology

Who Is It for?
Reflexology is for all ages.
There are a few contraindications to treatment. Please let me know if you have any health conditions past or present, any foot infections, or have had an organ transplant.
What happens in a treatment?
Reflexology is performed mainly on the feet, hands or face.
During foot reflexology, all you need to do is remove your shoes and socks and lie back on my electric couch and enjoy your treatment. Don’t worry if you have back or mobility issues the coach is fully adjustable for your comfort.
Can you diagnose my health problems?
Reflexologists cannot claim to diagnose or cure, but during treatments and your consultations I will get feedback as to which energies and body systems that may be out of balance. My aim is to work with you and your body to return you to a state of equilibrium.
What are your fees and availability?
I am available Monday – Saturday 09.30 – 4.00 pm
Occasional late night appointments available on Fridays please ask for availability. A free consultation will be included in the time of your first visit.

I am based in Finham, Coventry, situated in a peaceful and tranquil therapy room and easily accessible from Coventry, Kenilworth, Bedworth and the wider West Midlands area.
Fees & availability
Each session generally lasts 50 mins usually taking place on a regular basis, each person's requirements are unique to them I will work out a treatment plan on an individual basis.
